Service Description

- Advanced course after receiving the bronze badge or shortly before passing the bronze badge - Bronze can be earned during the course (flat fee of €15) - Increased confidence in the water - Improvement of technique - Improvement of endurance - Fine breaststroke technique - Backstroke - Rough crawl - Distance diving - Head dive - Deep dive to 2.00 m - 3 m dive from the springboard - Silver badge award included Exam content: Theoretical examination: The theoretical examination assesses knowledge of swimming rules and self-rescue behavior (e.g., behavior in case of exhaustion, relieving cramps) Practical examination: - Head dive from the edge of the pool and 20 minutes of swimming - At least 400 m must be completed during this time, 300 m of which must be in the prone or back position using a recognizable swimming position - 100 m in the other body position (Changing body position while swimming in the lane without holding on) - Two approximately 2 m deep dives from the water surface, each time retrieving an object (e.g., a small diving ring) - 10 m distance dives with push-off from the edge of the pool - Jump from a height of 3 m or two different jumps from a height of 1 m
